Leslie is the heart behind so much of what keeps our facility running smoothly. As our manager, she wears many hats - from greeting families at the front gate to overseeing race operations from the tower. If you’ve checked in, signed up, or raced with us, chances are you’ve worked with Leslie.

Behind the scenes, she keeps the details organized, the schedules moving, and the day-to-day operations flowing. In front of the scenes, she represents our facility with professionalism, fairness, and a commitment to maintaining the standards we expect here.

Leslie is an incredible asset to our team, both on race days and during regular training weeks. We truly appreciate the dedication, consistency, and hard work she brings to Underground Compound every single day.

Jeremy is the backbone of our tracks. From full builds to daily prep, he’s the one shaping, grooming, and dialing in what many know as the best dirt in Texas - building national-caliber tracks that get our riders ready to race at the highest level.

He’s up at the crack of dawn getting the track ready before the first gate drops, and often still out there in the evenings long after most have called it a day. Working with the best dirt in Texas takes experience, timing, and attention to detail - and Jeremy brings all three every single day.

The quality of our tracks doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of early mornings, late nights, and a commitment to providing safe, consistent, race-ready conditions.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything he pours into this place, day in and day out.

Calvin takes great pride in keeping Underground Compound in top shape. From grounds upkeep to general maintenance, he makes sure the facility is always looking its best and running smoothly. You’ll often see him around the park, making improvements, or out on the track serving as the finish line flagger for races here at Underground and several other races. We greatly appreciate his passion for the sport and dedication to our facility - his hard work helps create a safe, organized, and race-ready environment for every rider who comes through.
